Acceptance

By using Disc Golf Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. Disc Golf Tracker is operated by Reaktio Solutions Oy, a Finnish company registered with business ID 2805134-4.

The Service

Disc Golf Tracker provides tools for discovering disc golf courses, keeping score, saving round history, viewing statistics, managing friends, and tracking achievements. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the service evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your email, device, and login method secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others or use the service for unlawful activity.

User Content and Course Data

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as rounds, notes, profile details, and course contributions. You grant Disc Golf Tracker permission to host, process, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate and improve the service. Public course data may be visible to other users and website visitors.

Course information, maps, distances, ratings, and layouts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify course rules, conditions, safety notices, and local access restrictions before playing.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or overload systems, upload malicious content, harass other users, violate privacy rights, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes intellectual property rights.

Privacy and Service Providers

Use of the service is also covered by our Privacy Policy. The app is hosted on AWS, app data is stored in EU regions, and Amplitude is used for app analytics with EU servers. Service providers may process data as needed to host, secure, analyze, support, and operate the service.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, change APIs, update app functionality, or suspend access when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product development.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Disc Golf Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal injury, property damage, or course conditions arising from use of the service.
